We begin our onboarding process with Form 1, which allows us to conduct the initial due diligence for the program. Once the screening is successfully completed, we will provide you with a Client Agreement (CA). To proceed, you will need to review and sign this document.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement and your retainer payment, our case processing team will complete all necessary government forms and compile the required supporting documents. We will also coordinate with real estate professionals and the Residency Malta Agency on your behalf. Additionally, you will need to make the initial contribution of €10,000.
Prior to submitting your documents, we conduct a thorough review of your application to ensure it meets all the requirements set by the Residency Malta Agency. Once we confirm compliance, our case processing team will perform final checks before submitting the necessary forms.
During this time, the Residency Malta Agency will carry out its own due diligence and review all submitted paperwork. We will maintain close collaboration with them throughout the process to ensure your application is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Upon the successful review of your application, you will receive an Approval in Principle Letter from the Residency Malta Agency. This letter confirms that you have met the eligibility criteria for the Malta Permanent Residency Programme (MPRP).
With this approval, you can move forward with the next steps in the process, including making the required second contribution of €30,000.
